I am very wary on trusting people to handle my cats because I myself know that they are very picky and spoiled. I also had trouble finding a suitable place that won’t drug my cats to get their cuts done so I kept coming back to Kuceng! I trust the people there seeing how much they care for the cats’ wellbeing. Came here 3 times for my boy Louie 1st pic - His 1st session 2nd pic - 3rd session, last Sunday As you can tell how well they did for both 1st & 2nd time, but for the 3rd time my cat became quite resistant as he might be stressed from visiting the vet the day prior so they couldn’t really get the cut as neat as before! I’m more glad they didn’t force or stress him out further - I’d rather have a cat with a messy haircut than bring back a traumatized cat. The place is well kept: clean, organized & not smelly at all (which is an issue for a lot of places) Bonus point : they have a cute selection for cat clothes 😍 A million stars for this place, will keep coming back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I fell in love with first side the moment I started searching for grooming services. Even though it’s located in KL and a bit far from where I stay, I’ve been quietly following their Instagram and admiring every post they share. I finally had the chance to experience their service, and it was absolutely wonderful! 🤌🏻 The team was so gentle and loving with the cats, which really gave me peace of mind. The place itself is cozy and welcoming, and they’re very knowledgeable too and even shared some helpful tips and advice about care and medication. Kuceng Team takes very good care of my 2 cats as if its their own. I am always truly appreciative of Era and Hani as they provide me good assurance when I send my cats for boarding as I know that they are in good hands. Also, the space for the cats are huge and spacious. Not that kind of small crampy cage that you see in many cats boarding. The playroom is huge and plenty of toys and climbs. I sometimes feel that sending them to Kuceng is like a fun getaway holiday for my cats and also they get to meet other cats friends 😄😄😄 Highly recommended if you’re looking for a trusted cat boarding.

First time trying the grooming service here, and I’m impressed! The team was gentle and truly understood how to handle my easily stressed cat. Tiger usually comes back anxious—licking off perfume or dealing with damp fur—but not this time. I really appreciate that Kuceng doesn’t use fragrance products, showing they care about feline wellness. Thanks for making Tiger look hensem again and treating him with such care. Definitely coming back for his next appointment!

I recently sent my brother’s cat for grooming here and had a great experience! The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. They even assisted us all the way until we left the shop. Really appreciate their care and service. I will definitely come again!

The service here is very professional, and the staff is very gentle with our inquiries. And very gentle with our furbabies. Recommended in spa and hotel here because got cctv, you could monitor your cat 24hrs during stay😆

Mastura and us are super happy with the care given to the cat. We've been to few other cat hotels but so far we like Kuceng very much. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
